Arternes Ritual
Arternes Ritual or Species Ritual is a combined workshop and performance format developed with visual artist Phuc Van Dang. We invite kids, young and adults to paint endangered species melted together with a human feature to show the interconnectedness between humans and other species. The visuals are painted on a cloth which I perform with and bring alive. Performed at Horsens Holder Festival 2024, Kulturnatten Kulturhuset Islands Brygge 2024.
Communal burial of human ego
A performative exploration of decomposing the human ego to make space for other species. Together, we place stones with names of species on each other’s bodies. Through stones and repetitive actions we connect with our more-than-human body. Performed at Metropolis Nordic Baltic Lab 2024, Roskilde University Performance Design Fagmodulkursus 2023.
